• $365 - Tier 1 - Repair of one fault in an Indoor or outdoor unit.
  Includes: Start capacitors, Compressor and fan relays, Run capacitors, Wiring, Vibration adjustment, Up to 1 pound of refrigerant, Relays, Wiring, Run or Start Capacitors, Clogged up PVC pipe or a Drain Pan, Fuses, Flex connectors.
   

• $575 - Tier 2 - Repair of multiple problems in an Indoor or outdoor units. Includes: (T1) Start capacitors, Compressor and fan relays, Run capacitors, Wiring, Vibration adjustment, Up to 1 pound of refrigerant, Relays, Wiring, Run or Start Capacitors, Clogged up PVC pipe or a Drain Pan, Fuses, Flex connectors.
   

• $795 - Tier 3 -  Repair of one fault in an Indoor or outdoor unit.            Includes: (T1,T2) Fan Motor, Refrigerant Leak test only, Control boards, Motors (PSC), Gas Valves.

• $1255 - Tier 4 -  Repair of one fault in an Indoor or outdoor unit.            Includes: (T1 only) Refrigerant Refrigerant leak repair, TXV replacement or upgrade from a piston, restriction repair.

• $ N/A - Tier 5 - $ N/A    - Undetermined pricing and is set case by case. Involves unusual repairs, work under extreme conditions, special requests, rush or weekend work orders, custom or other specific parts, some ECM / X13 Motors and modules. Modern retrofits.
• 1st pound of refrigerant - $249 and each additional pound is $99 (may change without prior notice) 
• Thermostat Installation - $199 labor pricing (Does not include non compatible wiring reconfiguration  
•  Basic maintenance  - (Air conditioning or heating) $225
•  Basic safety and performance inspection   - (Air conditioning and heating) $235
