$365 each – Tier 1
Repair of one fault in an indoor or outdoor unit.
Includes: Start capacitors, compressor and fan relays, run capacitors, wiring, vibration adjustments, clogged PVC pipes or drain pans, fuses, and flex connectors.
$895 each – Tier 2
Repair of one fault in an indoor or outdoor unit.
Includes: Fan motor, refrigerant leak test (diagnostic only), control board, PSC motors, and gas valve.
$1,575 each – Tier 3
Repairs with undetermined pricing, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
This tier includes unusual repairs, work under extreme conditions, special requests, rush or weekend work orders, custom parts, and some ECM/X13 motors or modules. Modern retrofits also fall under this category.
